梭式布料机适用于烧结流程的给料作业中，物料混合后到布料机的运输带上，通过运输带下落到料槽之中。由于布料机带有车轮，能够往复运动，从而使下落到料槽中的物料面及料槽中的物料粒度的布置趋于均匀、有利于烧结矿的透气性及烧透性。

Shuttle material distribution machines apply to material feeding in sintering process. The materials on the conveyor belt of material distribution machine after mixture fall through the conveyor belt into the trough. Since the material distribution machine has wheels and is able to move alternately, the surface of materials falling into the trough and the particle size of materials in the trough are able to become uniform, which is favorable for the air permeability and burning of sintered ores.

机器的传动系统包括运输带传动和主动车轮传动两部分，一、运输带传动系统是由电动机通过联轴器以及圆锥—圆柱齿轮减速机带动主动滚筒传动使运输带运转来输送物料。二、主动车轮传动系统是由电动机通过减速机带动链轮链条及车轮运转，使布料小车运动。由于电控系统和行程开关的控制，所以布料机如同织布的梭子一样做往复直线运动。有一些设备的运输带传动系统是通过电动机联轴器涡轮减速机、主动滚筒来带动皮带运转的，而主动车轮的传动系统是通过电动机、皮带轮、三角带及直接装在主动车轮轴上的涡轮减速机而带动车轮运转，以使小车作往复运动。

The transmission system of machine includes transmission by conveyor belt and transmission by active wheels. I. The conveyor belt transmission system conveys materials in this way: The motor drives the transmission of drive roll through coupling and cone-cylinder gear speed reducer so that the conveyor belt can move. II. Active wheel transmission system gets the material distribution trolley to move when the motor drives the rotation of chain wheels and chains through speed reducer. Due to the control of electric control system and travel switch, the material distribution machine makes reciprocal rectilinear motion like a shuttle used to weave cloth. The conveyor belt transmission system of some equipment drives the transmission of belt through motor coupling turbine reducer and drive roller. However, for the transmission system of active wheels, the motor, belt pulley, V-belt and turbine reducer installed directly on the active wheel shafts drive the rotation of wheels, to get the trolley to make reciprocal motion.
