Slat feeder applies to distribution and handling of materials from storage silo to crusher, conveyor or other machine tools horizontally or obliquely in an uninterrupted and even way. Slat feeders are widely used in technological processes such as material selection, transport, distribution of mining, cement, chemical and metallurgy enterprise. They apply to feeding processes of bulk materials, block materials and materials large in quantity on the production line of large and medium-sized cement plants. They are capable of transporting chunks of materials and working reliably in hot and humid environment. According to the bulk density and block size of conveying materials, they can be classified into light-duty slat feeders, middle-duty slat feeders, and heavy-duty slat feeders.

GBQ轻型机输送物料堆积密度不大于1200kg/m3，块重不超过140kg，温度不高于350℃的各种块状和粒状、散状物料，输送板宽一般在500mm-1250mm。

GBQ light-duty slat feeders convey various kinds of block, granular and bulk materials whose bulk density is not larger than 1,200kg/m³, block weight does not exceed 140kg, and temperature is not higher than 350℃. The widths of conveying boards for such feeders are usually 500mm – 1,250mm.
