XY-1A岩芯钻机 Core drilling rig

XY-1A型岩芯钻机是一种具有油压给进的高速轻便钻机。在XY-1A型钻机的基础上设计开发了XY-1A（YJ）、XY-1A-4型钻机。

XY-1A core drilling rigs are a kind of high-speed portable drilling rigs of oil pressure feeding. XY-1A（YJ） and XY-1A-4 drilling rigs are designed and developed on the basis of XY-1A drilling rigs.

钻机适用范围：

Applicable Scope:

1、本钻机适用于固体矿床的普查勘探及工程地质勘察等钻孔以及各种混凝土结构检查孔。

1. This type of drilling rigs applies to boreholes in reconnaissance of solid ore deposits and engineering geological investigation, as well as access holes of various concrete structures.

2、根据地质结构的不同，可选用金刚石、合金及钢粒等钻头进行钻进。

2. According to differences in geological structure, drills made of diamond, alloy, steel shot, etc can be used for drilling.

3、当终孔分别为75mm和46mm时，额定钻孔深度分别为100m和180m。最深不得超过各钻进深度的110%，****开孔直径允许为150mm。

3. When the hole terminations are respectively 75mm and 46mm, the rated drilling depths are respectively 100m and 180m. The greatest depth shall not exceed 110% of each drilling depth. The allowable opening diameter is 150mm.

2、钻机配有上球卡式夹持机构并带有六方主动钻杆，可实行不停机倒杆，工作效率高，安全可靠。

2. The drilling rig is equipped with upper ball card gripper mechanism and Kelly bar (Hexagonal). Online reversing level can be realized, hence high working efficiency, easy operation, safety and reliability.

3、配有孔底压力表指示压力，便于掌握孔内情况。
