SK2型管式电阻炉可供大专院校、工矿企业、医疗机构等单位的实验室作化学分析、物理测定及热电偶检定等作加热用。本产品由原地矿部唯一指定企业生产，执行行业标准。

SK2型管式电阻炉与所配套电阻炉温度控制器及热电偶等配套使用，能对电炉的温度自动测量、控制和指标。

SK2 Tubular Electric Resistance Furnace can be provided for labs of institutions of higher learning, mine, factory, medical institutions and other organizations to make heating in chemical analysis, physical determination and thermocouple calibration. The product is made by the only manufacturer designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.

SK2 Tubular Electric Resistance Furnace is in use with its matching temperature controller and thermocouple and others to automatically measure, control and display temperature of the furnace.

一、用途

I. Purpose

本系列管式电阻炉为实验电炉，在使用时与相应的热电偶和温度控制台配套，能在额定温度范围内自动测温、控温进行工作。适用于大专院校、科研单位、工矿企业的实验室作分析、测定及热电偶检定等加热用。

As an experimental electric furnace, this tubular resistance furnace is used with corresponding thermocouple and temperature control panel to perform automatic temperature measurement and control within rated temperature range. This equipment is designed for heating for laboratory analysis, determination and thermocouple calibration in universities and colleges, scientific research institutions and industrial & mining enterprises.

二、结构

II. Structure

炉体由钢板卷成。炉膛为氧化铝耐火材料制成。炉膛与炉体之间砌筑轻质异形泡沫砖和充填酸铝纤维。1000℃ 和1200℃的电炉加热元件均用铁络铝丝。1300℃的电炉加热元件用硅碳棒。

Furnace body is made of rolled steel. Hearth is made of alumina refractory. Between the hearth and body is light-weight special-shaped bubble brick and aluminum silicate fiber. Heating elements rated at 1000 ℃ and 1200℃ are made of iron-retention aluminum wire. Heating element rated at 1300℃ is made of silicon-carbon rod.
