振动式砂金精选机

CGT-8振动式砂金精选机是国内有关砂金精选机的基础上设计的。经多年采生产实践,该精选机具有机械参数良好、操作简单、砂金回收率高等优点。

一、  用途及精选原理

每处理    1m3精砂,只需30分钟左右,且回收率可达98%,如此进行二次处理,回收率可达99.8%,粒径在    0.02毫米的微粒金可全部回收。

该机还可以上人工小溜,每小时可处理    3m3,处理精砂可得到满意的经济效益。

砂金、砂砾和水三种物质的比重差异明显,砂金比重为16左右,砂砾为2.6,水为1。该精选机是根据它们比重不同,采用震动浮原理,在震动作用下,砂砾在槽内进行往复跳动,相互碰撞,加水在槽内产生涡流作用,使砂砾产生半悬浮状态,结果砂砾向槽下运动,逐渐流出槽外,而砂金富集在槽内,这样就把砂金和砂砾截然分开。

二、  结构说明

以轻型钢轨为滑轮基础平面,配有4个支承轮滑动,支承轮托支溜槽,槽内底面铺有塑料毛毡,并有联锁溜槽压紧,溜槽头部安有摆线针轮减速机带动凸轮,推动倒向杆,由压缩弹簧回,形成震动。

四、安装及使用

1、根据现场实际情况,确定安装位置,一般在选矿溜槽附近,或设在清水位置。

2、将精选机安装位置垫平压实,然后将精选机稳好,纵向坡度调到10.5°—12°,横向要求水平。

3、将精选机底部用砂砾压好,防止精选机跳动。

4、调整好喷水管,应直接喷射上料槽内,开动机器工作。

5、不断把精砂上到精选机上料槽内,由于水的冲击,精砂自动流入精选机槽内,大约30分钟即可上完。

6、待料上完后,用水冲击和震动1—2分钟,再清理。

7、清溜,砂金基本在上料槽内和精选机前部、中部,尾部基本无金。

8、清溜时,为减少淘洗量,可用网眼8×    8毫米的铁丝编织的筛子过一下,除掉较大砾石,再进行入工淘洗。在过筛时,要特别注意检查有无块金存在。

9、当细粒金较多时,可进行二次精选,以便保证回收率。

10、溜格通水孔若被砾石堵塞,要及时处理掉,以保畅通。

11、精选机不使用时,不得放任何物品,以保障使用期限。

12、请注意:水量大时角度可小点;水量小时角度可大点,使其毛毡保持不露为宜。

CGT-8 Vibrating Placer Gold Separator is a CGLC60A  Model and CGLC    40A Model  combined placer gold processing chute or can be operated along with other  equipment. It is designed based upon the relevant placer gold separators in    China,  with years of production practices showing good mechanical performance, simple  operation, high recovery of placer gold and other advantages.

I. Use and separation  philosophy

Placer gold is subject to primary separation by  CGLC60A Model and CGLC    40A  Model combined placer gold separation chute or other chutes with    0.7m3 of concentrate obtained. It  requires more treatment prior to obtaining higher graded concentrate. This  process used to be handled manually through chute, followed by hand washing,  which took 3-4 hours with high labor intensity and low recovery rate of placer  gold, especially, in the case of more fine grains of gold and platelet gold,  much lower in the recovery. However, CGT-8 Vibrating Placer Gold Separator has  solved the above-mentioned problem with handling of    1m3 of concentrate requiring only about 30  minutes and the recovery rate of 98% reached. In the event that secondary  treatment takes place, the recovery rate is expected to reach 99.8% and the  particles at a size of    0.02 mm  can be fully recovered.

This machine also can be used for handling manually  through chute at a capacity of    3m3/h  with treatment of concentrate producing the desirable economic benefit.

The  three substances of placer gold, gravel and water have an evident difference in  specific gravity with the specific gravity for placer gold being around 16, gravel  2.6 and water 1. The separator introduces the principle of floating by  vibration based on their different specific gravities. The gravels, under the  action of vibration, will jump back and forth and collide each other in the  chute. With the addition of water in the chute, eddy current will be produced,  allowing the gravels to be kept in the state of the semi-suspension. If the  gravels move down the chute and gradually flow out of the chute, and the place  gold concentrates in the chute, the place gold will be separated completely  from the gravels.

II. Explanations of structure

With light steel rail as a pulley foundation plan and  provision of 4 balancing wheels to slide and support the chute; the chute  bottom covered with plastic felts and the interlocked chute for compression;  the front of the chute fitted with cycloidal reducer to drive cam and to push  backward bar; return of compressed spring developing vibration.

IV. Installation and Operation

1. The  installation location is determined in accordance with the actual conditions on  site , generally to be located near beneficiation chute or in the place of  clean water. 

2、The location of separator installation  will be leveled up and compacted before the separator being steadied with  longitudinal grade adjusted to be 10.50~120 and lateral  to be level.

3、The bottom of separator will be pressed  properly with gravel to prevent it from jumping.

4、Water  spray pipe is adjusted properly to directly spray into feeding tank prior to  starting up the machine.

5、Concentrates will be fed into feeding tank of the separator with  small- size shovel continuously. Due to the impact of water, the concentrates  will flow automatically into the tank of the separator, which will take 30  minutes or so to complete.

6、After completion of feeding, washing  with water and vibrating 1~2 min before cleaning up.

7、In cleaning chute, placer gold primarily  is located in feeding tank and there is no placer gold in the front, middle and  rear of the separator.

8、In cleaning chute, to reduce washing  operation, placer gold may be screened with iron wire knitted    8 mm×    8 mm to remove big  gravel before being washed manually. In screening operation, attention should  be paid to checking presence of lump of gold.

9、If there is more granular gold,  secondary cleaning may be conducted to ensure the recovery rate.

10、If lattices of chute are blocked by  gravel, timely treatment should be made to ensure its smoothness.

11、When the separator is not used, no goods  are allowed to be placed in it and no person is allowed to sit in groove to  ensure its lifetime.

12、Note: when water supply quantity is  large, slope can be adjusted to be small and when water supply quantity is  small, slope can be adjusted to be big to keep the felt unexposed.
