双叶轮高效浸出(吸附)搅拌槽的特点是结构合理、紧凑、传动效率高,采用两个新型叶轮,叶轮直径大、转速低、搅拌功耗小、减少炭的磨损,中空轴通气至底端,空气分散均匀、气泡小。搅拌强度适中,槽内矿浆浓度、细度分布基本一致,可提高氰化的浸出率,炭的吸附率。我公司的浸出(吸附)槽已对其充气统和传动系统做了改进。

This machine features a reasonable and compact structure, and high transmission efficiency. Twin impeller is used, which has bigger diameter, lower turning speed, lower agitation power consumption, and lower wear of the carbon. Air is sent to the bottom via pipes, so that it is evenly sparged with less bubble. It gives moderate agitating strength, to keep the slurry density and fineness to be basically uniform in the tank , so as to improve leaching ability of the cyanidation and the adsorption intensity.
